I bought this turtleneck dress from H&M for fifteen dorrars!! I tried the xs in the fitting room, it fit well but i had to put it back because of a run on the neck’s seam. I grabbed another xs from the rack, went in line, made my purchase and went home. When I tried it on it seems that my xs dress fits like a L. WTF H&M!
